Nemetos is a highly international organisation, so input for projects often comes from teams on different continents. In order to manage this we employ rigorous Project Management techniques to ensure that deliverables arrive in a timely fashion.
Agile Project Management
We find the Agile Project Management matches our software and web development procedures as it is a highly flexible and interactive manner for delivering projects. Sometimes called Extreme Project Management it allows us to respond to changing requirements quickly often without affecting the final delivery dates.
Gemini Task tracking
To support the project method we have implemented the Countersoft “Gemini” tool which serves well both during the initial project build and in the following support role that we play.
Tasks can be entered by both us or you, the client, and the progress tracked in real time. You can also generate reports on the fly to see exactly where you are with your project or what the status of support tasks is.

On every project we do we collaborate with a wide variety of teams, both in-house (your people) and contractors and the more comfortable you already are with their work, the easier our job is to work alongside them.
